I LOVE Trader Joe’s. Trader Joe’s is life. Even if what I’m buying isn’t 100% healthy and good for you, since it’s from Trader Joe’s, I’m convinced it must be good for you. It has to be right?! 😉 I recently just started doing some grocery shopping here and I thought I would do a post on what I buy on a weekly basis. Pretty much every week I try to buy something new to try, but these are my every week buys, can’t live without. I did my last post on my new diet (which you can find here) and so I thought I would tell you exactly what I get to achieve that new “diet”. More like eating healthy. So here it is!

Pretty much a self explanatory shopping list. I live at home still, so I don’t do the main shopping for the household like eggs, milk, etc. These are the things I buy just for my breakfast or lunch sometimes.
