So if you have been reading my blog, or following me for awhile, you know that I run a really tight schedule. I rarely have time to make food which is why I result to eating fast food all the time. Lately, this has been my favorite go-to snack for when I am rushing out the door, because it is easy and yummy. If you read my post about Workout and Donuts, you know that I am trying really hard to switch over to healthy eating slowly but surely. This is my first snack that I thought I would share with you!
Need: Slice of bread, avocado, mayo, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes (optional).
Obviously, this recipe is in no way new, and I’m almost positive that everybody knows this snack, but I thought I would share it just in case there are some of you who forgot about it 😉
