Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup

INGREDIENTS:

Canned Corn

Canned Pinto Beans

Canned Black Beans

Canned Diced Tomatos

Chicken Breasts

Chicken Broth

Taco Seasoning

 

Avocados

Sour Cream

Cheese

Chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Layer in canned goods.
  2. Add 1/2 of your taco seasoning packet.
  3. Layer chicken breasts on top.
  4. Add the rest of your taco seasoning packet (or as much as desired).
  5. Add chicken broth (eye measurement–usually a quarter to half of the canister depending on size crockpot.
  6. Turn on crockpot for either 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW.
  7. Once done, use two forks and pull apart chicken.
  8. Serve in bowls and add avocado slices, cheese, sour cream and chips with other desired toppings.
